Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply to all recurring subscription and 90-day supply purchases made through good.dad. They should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions, Refund & Returns Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Subscription plans

We offer the following recurring purchase options:

30-Day Subscription Every 4 weeks 30-day supply (120 capsules) per cycle
90-Day Supply Every 3 months 90-day supply (360 capsules) per cycle

The current price for each plan is displayed on the product page at the time of purchase. Prices include VAT where applicable.

2. How subscriptions work

2.1 Signing up

When you select a subscription plan and complete checkout, you are agreeing to a recurring payment at the interval specified for your chosen plan. Your first payment is taken immediately at checkout.

2.2 Renewal payments

Your saved payment method (Stripe or PayPal) will be charged automatically at each renewal date. You will receive an email notification before each renewal payment is processed.

If a renewal payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be suspended. We will notify you by email so you can update your payment details.

2.3 Pre-order subscriptions

If you subscribe during a pre-order period:

  • Your first payment is taken at checkout
  • Your first shipment will be dispatched on or around the estimated ship date
  • Renewal payments begin from the date of your first shipment, not from the date you placed the order
  • You will not be charged a second time until your first delivery has been dispatched

3. Managing your subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time through your account at good.dad/my-account. The following options are available:

3.1 Skip a delivery

You can skip your next scheduled delivery. Your subscription remains active and your next payment will be pushed back by one billing cycle. No payment is taken for the skipped cycle.

3.2 Pause your subscription

You can pause your subscription for a set duration (1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks or 8 weeks). During the pause:

  • No payments will be taken
  • No deliveries will be sent
  • Your subscription will automatically resume at the end of the chosen pause period
  • You can also manually reactivate your subscription at any time through your account

3.3 Change payment method

You can update the payment method used for your subscription through your account settings at any time.

3.4 Update delivery address

You can update your shipping address through your account. Please ensure changes are made before your next renewal date to apply to your next delivery.

4. Cancellation

4.1 Your right to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account. There is no minimum commitment period and no cancellation fee.

4.2 First delivery cooling-off period

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your first delivery. If the product is unopened and in its original packaging, you are entitled to a full refund (see our Refund & Returns Policy).

4.3 What happens when you cancel

When you cancel:

  • No further renewal payments will be taken
  • No further deliveries will be sent
  • You will retain access to any products already delivered
  • If you cancel after a renewal payment has been taken but before dispatch, you may request a refund for that payment
  • If you cancel after dispatch, the standard return policy applies

5. Founding Father pricing

During our pre-order period, we offer discounted “Founding Father” pricing to early subscribers. If you subscribe at Founding Father rates:

  • Your discounted price is locked in for the lifetime of your subscription
  • The discounted rate applies to all future renewal payments for as long as your subscription remains active
  • If you cancel your subscription, Founding Father pricing cannot be restored. Any new subscription will be at the standard price available at the time
  • Pausing or skipping does not affect your Founding Father pricing — your rate is preserved while your subscription is on hold

6. Price changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. If we increase the price of your subscription:

  • We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before the new price takes effect
  • The new price will apply from your next renewal date after the notice period
  • You have the right to cancel before the price change takes effect
  • Founding Father pricing is exempt from general price increases for as long as the subscription remains active

7. Gifting a subscription

We offer the option to gift a subscription to another person. When gifting:

  • You (the purchaser) are responsible for payment
  • The recipient will receive the deliveries at their specified address
  • The recipient will be able to manage their subscription (pause, skip, update address) through their own account
  • Cancellation and refund requests must come from the purchaser (the person who made the payment)

8. Subscription and data

We process personal data related to your subscription (including payment details, delivery addresses and purchase history) in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Subscription status and history are also shared with our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal) and analytics tools (Metorik) as described in that policy.
